A sprain occurs when the fibres of the tissue are torn and damaged without a bone being broken or dislocated, the damage tissue causes swelling and is extremely painful
For most sprains the following treatment is recommended:
Prepare an ice cold bowl of water and add 5 drops of the blend
Make a compress out of clean cotton cloth, soak the cloth in the prepared water wring out and place around the injured area, repeat several times
This is just one thing that can be done
Sprains can take some time to completely heal a period of 6 to 8 weeks is to be expected
