Bergamot calms anxiety and also is most helpful combating depression
Ylang Ylang helps with fear and panic it is a sweet heavy exotic aroma
This blend is good for people suffering form emotional stress and panic attacks, if you are prone to such attacks put 3 drops on a tissue and gently inhale
You can use this blend for massage,add sweet almond oil to 12 drops of the blend Massage your feet and hands
