Stretch Marks and Aromatherapy

Lavender
Mandarin
Lavender is an antifungal, antiseptic a good cell regenerator, It is recommended for all kinds of skin damage
Mandarin is an antiseptic also and a cell regenerator and excellent for preventing stretch marks.
Blend the two together and add 12 drops to 15 mls of sweet almond oil massage the area where the stretch marks are twice a day
Other oils to use for stretch marks are frankincense, myrrh and geranium

Sprains and Aromatherapy

Ginger
Nutmeg
Clove Bud
A sprain occurs when the fibres of the tissue are torn and damaged without a bone being broken or dislocated, the damage tissue causes swelling and is extremely painful
For most sprains the following treatment is recommended:
Prepare an ice cold bowl of water and add 5 drops of the blend
Make a compress out of clean cotton cloth, soak the cloth in the prepared water wring out and place around the injured area, repeat several times
This is just one thing that can be done
Sprains can take some time to completely heal a period of 6 to 8 weeks is to be expected

Aromatherapy and Rheumatoid Arthritis

Black Pepper
Clove Bud
Clary sage
This blend helps with rheumatoid arthritis massage with 12 drops of the blend and 30mls of sweet almond oil, massage over the area, the oils will be absorbed into your blood stream and will help with the inflammation and pain
Baths: Put 2 handfuls of epsom salts and 8 drops of the blend in your bath, bath daily giving yourself time to relax and soak in the comfort of the warm water

This blend is great for relaxation and anxiety attacks
Geranium is an excellent all round balancer
Bergamot calms anxiety and also is most helpful combating depression
Ylang Ylang helps with fear and panic it is a sweet heavy exotic aroma
This blend is good for people suffering form emotional stress and panic attacks, if you are prone to such attacks put 3 drops on a tissue and gently inhale
You can use this blend for massage,add sweet almond oil to 12 drops of the blend Massage your feet and hands
