Journey on a Gluten Free Diet

When I was diagnose 7 years ago of  having celiac disease (which is a wheat allergy), I started reading all label, for any wheat products.   There were a lot of words that I could not pronounce which come to find out are chemicals, and or preservatives.
Now I am on a healthy non  process diet which has been the best thing for me.  In my research in finding whole foods I came across skin care.  Did you know the goverment has no regulations to what goes into our skin care. Companies can put just about whatever they want in them, its a billion dollar business.
I started making soap a couple of years ago when I had goats, I was getting a lot of goats milk and I thought I would try soap.  Through a lot of trial and error I got it down to a system, but I was told by a friend that I would have to be careful, using goats milk due to the bacteria in the  milk, so back to the drawing board and I started working with herbs (which was more interesting) and had a lot more healing qualities to it.  By doing a lot of research  I finally got a good bar of soap.  I decided to only use essential oils in my soap because most soaps have fragance which are chemicals.  They might smell nice but you are only putting chemicals on your skin which by the way is the largest organ in your body.
