How to use Aromatherapy

Here a few ways to use Aromatherapy
Lavender
Add 2 drops to pillow/sheets for a peaceful sleep
Add 2 drops to a hot bath helps relieve anxiety
Inhale a few drips from a tissue to clear the head and lift the spirits
Peppermint
Add 2 drops to a tissue for travel sickness, dizziness, mental fatigue & depression
Add 3 drops to a warm bath helps sinuses, stuffy head, clears respiratory
Rosemary
Inhale for clearing the mind and aids in memory
Add 2 drops in hand,  massage into hair for stimulating the scalp
Geranium
Add to bath on cold winter mornings freat mental uplifting,helps to put your mind back into balance
Add to natural oil for massage, for circulation
Eucalyptus
Place 3 drips on a tissue and inhale for colds or rub on chest with a natural oil
Stimulates the immune system
Lemon
Place a drop on cold sores
Add 2 drops to a quart of water (sponge bath) for itchy eczemas and measles
Add 1 drop on a wart morning & night until it disappears
Tea Tree
Minor burns flush with cold water and appy 1 drop
put directly on stings, mosquito bites, minor cuts
Add to shampoo to keep head lice away
Add to dog shampoo to keep those nasty fleas away
